Established in 1992 as the Rose of Kashmir Balti Restaurant, Ashiana Stafford has remained one of the firm favourites for dinners for the past decade. Priding itself on the excellent quality of food it offers excellent value for money in an informal relaxed atmosphere.

The restaurant is a family run business owned by a Staffordian. It prides itself of being extremely friendly and being able to cater for the needs of Stafford and surrounding areas.

The restaurant is unlicensed although you are more than welcome to bring your own drinks with you with no corkage charge.

The Rose of Kashmir is situated on Foregate Street approximately ½ a mile from Stafford's Market Square as you head north. Ideal if you have booked a lane at Ten Pin.

Our ability to cater for parties is well known. Quick and efficient with no need for pre-ordering. We regularly cater for 6 to 25 people. We have also catered for parties of up to 60 people on occasions.

Although small parties would usually be able to have a table on the weekdays without a booking, parties are recommended to book in advance for larger tables, and bookings are always advisable on the weekend no matter how small.

A deposit for parties of 6 or more may be required (ask for details). This can be left either by cash, cheque or if you prefer by credit card over the phone. All deposits are refunded in full on the day.

The Rose of Kashmir offers a comprehensive service which in addition to providing fully air conditioned restaurant facilities also provides a take-away and delivery service too.

It is also possible for us to cater for parties outside of the restaurant, e.g. dinner functions etc…

We are also available to provide a day-time restaurant service for local businesses requiring meals at lunch time (15 or more).
